Finish First Medical is a Direct Primary Care Clinic (DPC). We not only offer primary care, but can also provide an urgent care like service for our members as well as telemed helping our clients avoid the Emergency Department for not emergency needs. We treat our patients as individuals by offering a DNA/Genetic test to determine functional genetics. We also offer IV therapy, Joint Injections, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and so much more!

Nicole Johnson
MS, PA-C
Nicole is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in patient centered health care. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Utah while working in physical therapy where she found her passion for preventive medicine. Nicole earned her Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England. She has 13 year experience traveling the US working in the underserved areas of Alaska, Maine and Utah.
Melinda Goodwin, RN
MBA
Melinda and her husband Kory are long standing members of the St. George Community. They have raised 4 children in St. George and have been very involved in the little league, high school sports as well as they are active members of community athletics and volunteer their time often to community events.
Melinda has over 26 years in the healthcare industry. Specializing in Women's Health, Mental Health, Emergency Health, Neonatal Health, Nutritional Coaching, Aesthetics.
She is excited to be able to offer her patients an opportunity to feel good every day, and move away from the "healthy for my age" attitude.
She is eager to learn and grow with Finish First Medical and is happy to offer individualized functional Medicine using cutting edge diagnostics such as DNA and Gene testing.
